Resources

Open-source software, tools, and resources for developers and researchers.

Overview

Over the years I've published or contributed to various tools I've found personally useful or for projects I've been on — some for building on the web, some for running experiments and analysing data in the lab. They're all free and open-source. A selection is below; the rest live on my GitHub.

Dataset Creation Tool for Emergent Models

A browser tool for hand-authoring TSV datasets for the Emergent neural simulation framework (used here for hippocampal modeling). Click cells in the pattern grids to set activations, then export a .tsv whose layout matches Emergent's tensor-column format.

JavaScript

hip-ACh

A biologically-based neural-network model of the hippocampus exploring cholinergic effects on memory.
